Court and tribunal fees: Updated from 1 April 2025
In April 2025, and this is subject to parliamentary approval, the Ministry of Justice will increase 171 court and tribunal fees to reflect changes to the CPI (Consumer Price Index). Many of the fees will increase by 3.2%, though some see an increase by 13.5% to account for backdating to March 2022 when they last changed. There will also be a reduction for 24 fees.
