I am a Law Costs Draftsman at Cost Law Services. I have 8 years’ experience in the legal costs industry where have consolidated and developed in the areas in drafting and assessing inter-partes costs as well as fixed costs, drafting Points of Dispute/Replies to Points of Dispute and settling costs amicably.
Here at Cost Law Services, based in Manchester, I am supervised by Shamas Alexander. I prepare Claim 1/ Claim 1a Forms and detailed bills to be submitted to the Legal Aid Agency and inter-partes bills to be served upon the opponent.

Education

I completed my course in HND Multimedia Systems in 2005 and graduated in BA Hons Media, Cultural Studies and Marketing degree in 2008 at Liverpool John Moores University.

Career

I started my career as a paralegal dealing with personal injury matters, thereafter, I took the opportunity to train as a Legal Costs Negotiator at QM Legal and then moved on working at KLS Law dealing with varied areas of law including personal injury and industrial disease matters.

Interests

In my spare time I like to spend time outdoors with my family and friends, going to the farm, nature walks and visiting parks. I also like to cook and bake.
