I joined Cost Law Services in April 2021. I am based in Birmingham where I am supervised by Paul Hawkins. I have experience in drafting Legal Aid claims for submission to the CCMS online portal, Inter-Partes bills for Housing, Family and Public Law matters and High Cost Case plans.
I speak fluent Sorani Kurdish.

Career
From 2018-2020, I worked in a team of case analysts where I was a Deputy Director and Kurdish Interpreter for my university’s Immigration & Asylum Pro Bono Project. Here, I worked with the British Red Cross and New Evidence Search Team (NEST) to meet with and aid asylum seekers in finding fresh evidence to submit new and successful claims to seek asylum in the UK.
